Eleven original maps
Know the ground.
Every map is built from scratch for PeakRunner. Servers choose the map and mode and rotate through them; the images are real captures from the game.
Seven ways to play
Same speed, different goals.
Capture & Hold
Stand on the towers to take them, then hold them. Every tower your team owns scores over time.
Team Deathmatch
First team to the frag limit. Each round rolls its own time of day, weather, wind and a twist, like heavies only.
Rabbit
One gold flag. Grab it and hold on while everyone else hunts you together: every 15 seconds with the flag is a point.
Team Rabbit
Fifty lives a side. The first death drops a flag, and while your team holds it, every kill takes two of theirs.
Football
No weapons. Pass, tackle and carry the ball into the end zone on the two stadium maps. Body checks hurt.
Duel
One on one. Challenge someone, or a bot, from the lobby tower and fight first to three rounds. Many duels run at once, and anyone can watch.
Make it yours
Your server. Your rules.
Tune the physics, invent a mode, write new rules or add a map. Mods are folders of plain files: host them, and players get them when they join, after they say yes.

Get in the game.
The launcher is the recommended way to play: install it once and it keeps the game up to date with signed updates, and can repair or roll back an install. Servers need the current release, so the launcher makes sure you can always join.

Standalone game packages
The full game without the launcher. It runs straight away but does not update itself: download it again when a new release comes out.
These are playtest builds: they are not notarized or code-signed by Apple or Microsoft, so your system may ask you to confirm the first launch. Install help · checksums are listed on each download.

Keep your speed.
Hold Space on a downhill to ski. Friction nearly vanishes, so the terrain does the work.

Spend your energy.
Right mouse jets. Clear a ridge, climb onto a roof, or turn a fall into an escape.

Lead the shot.
Discs, repeater rounds, grenades and mortars all fly differently. Aim where they are going.
